Services

Start with the business problem, not the software.

Maybe customers are judging an outdated website, inquiries are going unanswered, or the team is repeating work that should be easier. We help decide what to fix first and give you a price before work begins.

Services and pricing

Choose the result your business needs.

The first conversation is free. If a custom project needs hands-on review before it can be priced responsibly, a $350 Business Review is credited toward an approved project started within 30 days.

What these prices assume

One decision-maker, an existing logo and basic brand style, client-provided photos, timely feedback, and two review rounds. New branding, full copywriting, online stores, moving large amounts of existing information, specialized software connections, and paid tools are separate.

How projects work

You know the plan, price, and responsibilities before work starts.

The written plan explains what will be delivered, what we need from you, when you will review it, and who owns the finished accounts and files.

Understand the problem

Learn how the business works, what customers need, where the team gets stuck, and what matters most.

Recommend the first fix

Identify where customers, leads, or time are being lost and decide what should change first.

Agree on the plan

Put the work, price, timeline, review points, responsibilities, and ongoing costs in writing.

Build and review

Complete the work, test it carefully, and make the agreed revisions with your feedback.

Launch and train

Put the finished work live, show the team how to use it, and provide written instructions.

Support and improve

Use real questions, results, and feedback to decide what deserves attention next.

Before you commit

Questions worth answering before you sign.

Will I receive a written proposal?
Yes. It explains the result we are working toward, exactly what is included and excluded, the timeline, review rounds, payment schedule, responsibilities, and optional ongoing support.
Do you take custom projects or work outside one industry?
Yes. KM Logic works with general contractors, field-service companies, farms, retailers, professional firms, and businesses in other industries. The packages are starting points, not limits. Custom work is priced around the result, the work involved, and any software that needs to connect.
What do the published prices assume?
The website range covers up to six main pages and two review rounds. The lead follow-up range covers one shared lead process and up to three automatic messages, reminders, or tasks. Online stores, moving large amounts of existing information, specialized software connections, full copywriting, branding, photography, and advertising are separate.
How does monthly support work?
Each plan includes the stated amount of help each month. Unused time does not roll over, and larger projects are priced separately. This keeps response times dependable without pretending a small monthly plan includes unlimited work.
What if something falls outside the written plan?
KM Logic will quote a fixed add-on when possible. Small or uncertain work can be completed at $125 per hour, but only after you approve the expected time and cost.
Are software subscriptions included?
Software subscriptions, text or email sending fees, domains, paid website themes, and premium tools are listed separately before you approve the work. Accounts that control your business data or billing should usually be owned by your business.
Does every business need automation or AI?
No. A dependable form, organized inbox, and clear team responsibility can work better than unnecessary automation. KM Logic recommends the simplest answer that solves the problem well.
